This is a sample notice that must be completed with the organisation’s data controller details and actual data processing practices before customer deployment.
The contact form collects a name, email, optional phone number, subject and message to respond to your enquiry. These details are stored in the school management panel. Do not submit sensitive information or children’s health details.
This software does not add analytics or advertising cookies. An essential session cookie supports language selection, form security and panel access. The school must add retention periods, a contact channel, controller details and any transfer information before publication. The demo does not store contact submissions.
